Yet when they get in office, all it takes is 50% plus one vote to rob your pocket to pay questionable folk from the trough. There's a simple example of it and it has to be done this way so you'd understand it.
In a room with 11 males and 9 females a vote is taken and it's now legal to forcibly remove the womens clothes.
Simple majority, the taking of somebody elses belongings.

11. There needs to be limits on how much of an agency budget can be spent on upper management salaries. That's where the real rip off is.
But they won't be touched in the furloughs.
The Governor won't be touched in furloughs.
The legislators don't see any loss in pay.
No elected officials see any cuts.
The leadership and or statesman thing to do would be for the Governor to ask the legislature for a top to bottom across the board cut in pay, and then everybody shut up about it and go on working.
